Along the Appalachian Trail

Currently under development is a mystery set in the gorgeous Blue Ridge Mountains of southwest Virginia entitled Along the Appalachian Trail.  It follows disgraced investigative journalist Piper Hardwick, who comes to Roanoke, Virginia, to chase down the story of an active serial killer and rebuild her fallen career. When her friend, Patrick O’Finn, a former Roanoke police officer, is suspected of the brutal copycat murder of his fiancé, Piper must intervene to prove his innocence. But along the Appalachian Trail that leads to the breathtaking McAfee Knob overlook, plans change as quickly as the weather.
